This yoga class podcast is dedicated to the memory of Gusta, my Husband’s grandmother who passed away August 13th in her sleep peacefully at the age of 96. She passed just from old age with a life filled with love and beauty. Last year before we were married I met her in Israel. She was pure love. Her life was one that was filled with amazing experiences. I am grateful to have been able to spend time with her and will miss her. We are going to Israel this September for our 1 year anniversary and Gusta was stretching every breath to see me and to have someone actually put you as the meaning behind their breath is an honor. And with this I offer this yoga class to her.
My husband Asaf and Gusta in June 06.

A bittersweet story about Gusta. i like her name.
You put so much effort into sharing your practice with the world. Thank you!

This was the perfect practice for me today, all these months after you first put it up. It was exactly what I needed physically after too many weeks away from concentrated practice, and it helped me think of all those I live in the moments when I felt scattered and disconnected.
I hope that your Hebrew is going well and Gusta is still your graceful guide.
Blessings.
