Hillary, thank you! This was fantastic, just what I needed. Even more wonderful was the fact that, when I started this practice, the morning outside was gray and dreary. When I finished, I put my glasses back on to see that sun rays were starting to shine through and illuminate the world, as if gifts from God. Keep up the great work, and I hope you feel better.
