Hi Hillary!
It’s amazing how your video just connected with me across the globe and gave me exactly what I needed. I saw your twit, came to your blog, and just finished doing your exercises on video. I must say that YOU ARE MY BLESSING TONIGHT!
I have been all stressed out at work and often found myself hunched over my desk. I have been feeling tightness in the shoulders, pain in my right wrist, and inflexibility from an erratic practice.
But tonight, I stood up from my computer and followed your calm voice through all the exercises. From the first OHM to the shoulder exercises, I could feel my body loosening up and just expelling the stress in my upper body.
Thank you so, so much my dear friend. Please do more of these short videos.
Hugs from Manila,
Jane

Dear Hillary,
I just found your podcast today, nearly a year after your original post. Thank you. I suffer from chronic pain in my shoulders after cervical spine surgery last September. Although I practice yoga each morning, by mid afternoon I am in significant discomfort. This podcast is truly a life enhancing experience.
I am forever grateful.
