Anusara Yoga Class Sequence for All Level Yoga Students:
Tadasana – Mountain Pose
Urdvah Hastasana – Arms Overhead then Interlace Fingers
Side Crescent Stretch
Uttanasana – Standing Fwd Bend
Plank – Top of a Push-up then Belly
3X Cobra with Hands Lifted
(Then you are going to reverse it from fwd bend to warrior II)
Prasarita Padottonasana – Fwd Bend with Wide Stance
Tree Pose then Jump Switch
All 4’s to Child’s Pose
or Bridge then Urdvah Dhanurasana – Upward Facing Bow
