Hi Hillary, I LOVE your classes and have grown so very much as a yoga teacher because of them. They challenge and inspire me! I have enjoyed the generosity of your podcasts and am truely grateful for the info you put out there for everyone to benefit from. I downloaded your Yoga foundations DVD several months ago and find it so chock full of GREAT basic yoga foundational practices (duh…guess you knew that ‘hense the tittle) though really a great resourse for beginners as well as those who want to go deeper into the practice…it all starts at the foundation right? we all build the pose from the base up, no mater how advanced the yogi or yogini. (students often ask me to recommend yoga DVD’s and I am delighted to highly recommend yours. I have it on my i-pod and reference it all the time, waiting rooms, down time between classes, etc. I love the portability aspect). Anyway a long overdue “THANK YOU”! Namaste’, Nan

Hi, Hillary-
My first (and not last!) podcast with you. I happened to pick this one out after coming back from a stay at Kripalu and thought it would be a good one. Crazy how it related with our theme at Kripalu and Thanksgiving. Thanks so much. Namaste.
