How honest with yourself are you?
You can use radical honesty to build unshakable confidence. Are there areas of your life that you do not pay attention too? What is real and authentic for you? Get real and get honest!
Why is it important to be motivated? We need incentives to stay fired up to do what we want to do. Whether that is a new candle or going on a hike – do what inspires YOU to get things done! Make it work for you.
Stay motivated to make it to the mat! Don’t pressure yourself to practice everyday – there is “no self beating” allowed. Learn to practice compassion for yourself on the days when you don’t make it to your mat. Also, dedicating your practice to something or someone else can also be a big motivator to helping you find time to practice. Whether it’s 5 minutes or 15 minutes – figure out what motivates you to make it to your mat.
What is up with SELF SABOTAGE? It is totally a myth. It is not real.
Check in with your environment – are you putting your Self in situations where you will THRIVE or where you will DIE? The people, places and things have to lift your vibration to support your dreams and your truth. I have used yoga and wellness practices to become symptom and mediation free from a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis.
Do you have issues with motivation? Do you start things and then lose steam? Where does that energy go, if you lose track from your initial goal? Motivation is sacred. It is unique and personal.
It’s time to talk about moving past an illness or injury and moving forward with your health. People have a tendency to want to go back to a different state of health. I invite you to get excited about moving forward.

OVERCOME YOUR OBSTACLES in this video. Think about the obstacles you find on your yoga mat. What do we do? BREATHE! Look at the obstacles in your life… They are challenging and hard, right? What if the obstacles in your life were there to help you grow and become more of who you are. Try today to see if you can embrace your obstacles instead of resist them.
Yoga does not mean saying yes to everything! Are you staying busy because you don’t want to stay present? This video is a great reminder to choose self nurturing habits and say goodbye to overwhelm!
