Why is it important to be motivated? We need incentives to stay fired up to do what we want to do. Whether that is a new candle or going on a hike – do what inspires YOU to get things done! Make it work for you.
Stay motivated to make it to the mat! Don’t pressure yourself to practice everyday – there is “no self beating” allowed. Learn to practice compassion for yourself on the days when you don’t make it to your mat. Also, dedicating your practice to something or someone else can also be a big motivator to helping you find time to practice. Whether it’s 5 minutes or 15 minutes – figure out what motivates you to make it to your mat.
What is up with SELF SABOTAGE? It is totally a myth. It is not real.
Check in with your environment – are you putting your Self in situations where you will THRIVE or where you will DIE? The people, places and things have to lift your vibration to support your dreams and your truth. I have used yoga and wellness practices to become symptom and mediation free from a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis.
Do you have issues with motivation? Do you start things and then lose steam? Where does that energy go, if you lose track from your initial goal? Motivation is sacred. It is unique and personal.
