What is up with SELF SABOTAGE? It is totally a myth. It is not real.
Check in with your environment – are you putting your Self in situations where you will THRIVE or where you will DIE? The people, places and things have to lift your vibration to support your dreams and your truth. I have used yoga and wellness practices to become symptom and mediation free from a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis.
Do you have issues with motivation? Do you start things and then lose steam? Where does that energy go, if you lose track from your initial goal? Motivation is sacred. It is unique and personal.

I’m very grateful to have found you during my 21 day challenge on FMTV. I am 54 years old, 254 pounds, 5’3” and I am an ex-trained dancer. Recently I am an empty Nester so I have been figuring out the next chapters of my life and the 21 day challenge has really helped me and is helping me and I just wanted to thank you so much for your chair yoga because I do it every morning and I’m grateful every morning for it. I’m definitely going to look into more of your teachings over the weekend.
