This yoga class podcast is dedicated to the memory of Gusta, my Husband’s grandmother who passed away August 13th in her sleep peacefully at the age of 96. She passed just from old age with a life filled with love and beauty. Last year before we were married I met her in Israel. She was pure love. Her life was one that was filled with amazing experiences. I am grateful to have been able to spend time with her and will miss her. We are going to Israel this September for our 1 year anniversary and Gusta was stretching every breath to see me and to have someone actually put you as the meaning behind their breath is an honor. And with this I offer this yoga class to her.

After many days of asking myself this question I realized that I wish to be a compassionate person who is loving and understanding towards others. This was a big choice for me. After a fews days of practicing this I have seen more ease with my relationships to others. If we choose to ask this first then take action we are able to be more responsible yogi’s.

The other day I misplaced my keys and began to feel out of the flow as I became worried. This bump was a great way to become creative and find another way – using another set of keys that I had. We often feel that if we didn’t have obstacles in the way everything would flow. But what if that is exactly the inviation to be in the flow and let ourselves become more flexible.
