Wow. Through this podcast I have grown my home-practice in huge, huge ways. I am now dancing more fearlessly through life, with the lessons that Hillary has taught me on the mat; taking those lessons off the mat to change my career and my life. I’m constantly reminded of a word, a phrase, a meditation, an idea I heard from this podcast and *whoosh* I’m practicing off the mat. It has become more and more effortless to bring Yoga around with me at all times, to dance, while my life is in tremendous flux. What a gift.

I’m just at getting up and moving. But what a joy it is to feel myself stretch and realize that I’m not as stiff and immobile as I think.

Loved this class Hillary! It left me feeling grounded in my authentic heart at a somewhat potentially ungrounded place in my life. Thank you for the reminder that living from my truth is what allows me to dance fearlessly with all that life offers.

Big shout out to everyone around the world that was diagnosed with MS and it changed their life for the better!!! What an amazing feeling it is realising how special this life is and how precious we are! I learnt to live when I understood what it was to die, letting go of the old self and embracing the new!!;0) Can’t wait to get my hands on the dvd to start a new journey with Hillary. Take care, Adele from South Africa

Your podcasts have allowed me to develop a deeper home practice. Sometimes I just can’t get started on my own and love having a class to practice along with. I’ve learned so much and have been able to pass on many new ways to move in to poses to my students. Your inspirational introductions have further inspired me as a student and teacher of Anusara yoga. Keep on dancing!!!

Hi Hilary. I live in Lower Alabama on the Gulf Coast (Point Clear to be exact). Your podcasts have helped me stay connected to Anusara Yoga teachings which inspire my own teaching. So THANK YOU! Cyber yoga is way cool but I do hope to meet you in the anamayakosha one day. Peace and namaste!

Dear Hillary, I have been away from yoga for much too long, and until I listened to this episode I did not realize how afraid I was to get back. I expect my performance to remain consistently strong, but then I find my hips and my knees objecting at every pose and I remember that I yoga is an art that demands consistency and persistence. You help me remember to be kind to my body and to realize that there is much beauty to be found on the mat, even if it is the beauty of recognizing my body is sad for having been neglected.
Thanks and blessings.

Dear Hillary,
Thank you so much not only for the opportunity to win your DVD but also for the inspiration that you give to us, those who have MS, to carry out our dreams and goals.
Practicing Yoga has brought me balance in so many ways, not just the physical balance but inner balance, which I feel is the most important part so that we can learn to live more peacefully inside ourselves.
Namaste….

Thank you so much for your pod casts, I have been unable to go to my mysore morning yoga class for almost a year now due to illness, this pod cast encourages and enables me to have a home practice that is both mentally, spiritually and physically stimulating. I am able to practice yoga fearlessly in the comfort of my own home, without worry about whether I will make it through the whole class without getting to exhausted.
Every day is a challenge when experiencing a chronic illness, the only way to get through it is to surrender and dance fearlessly in the face of it. Much easier said than done but with a little courage it can be achieved.
This pod cast helps remind me of the courage we all have and how I can stay positive and strong through challenging times.
Thank you
Namaste

Hillary, I am so grateful to have you in my life.
Everyday I embrace life, because it gives me the chance to love, to work, to play, to be humbled by the mystery of this Creation and look up at the stars tuning into my Soul.
Much love,

How I am dancing fearlessly? At age 48, and despite being afraid, I signed up for a college class last semester, after 24 years since taking my last class! I had so much fun, (and I made a 4.0!) I signed up for another one!

Beautiful class! Your instructions are so clear and inspiring, especially the way you teach to deepen the femur in the socket, easing the nervous system. My nervous system is much more eased now, thanks to this beautiful podcast! I will come back to it for sure…there’s a lot in this class, and I can’t wait to discover your other offerings.
namaste,
